If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue a full refund or provide an exchange.

If the item is defective or damaged, we will pay for the return shipping (photos will need to be provided). If the item is not defective or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

*Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged upon receiving.
